Rental Property Owners screen tenants to ensure that lease agreements will be honored once signed. The Landlord App provides real estate agents, leasing consultants, property managers, and owners a central meeting place to pool and share tenant reviews. Each tenant entry is compiled through a brief questionnaire accessible by real estate professionals. Users are given the ability to review past questionnaires as well as the ability to share a review with future tenant stakeholders.

Existing tenant screening solutions use Credit Records, Cori Checks and Eviction Records for a monthly subscription fee. The Landlord App aims to provide a simple referral program for one flat annual fee.

An annual subscription is required to view all saved landlord reviews.
- Record unlimited reviews for less than $1
- The price of the subscription for screening is $25
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at an annual rate of $25
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Once purchased, the $1 installation converts to a paid subscription
